some issues
dim lighting pee smell
the lighting in my room was very dim. it made it hard to see things properly, and it created a gloomy atmosphere. the shower had an unpleasant smell of pee. it got stronger when the water was running, and that wasnt great.

professional staff beautiful decor great bar
The front desk staff were always lovely and professional , made check-in very smooth. The interior design of the hotel is beautiful plus the rooms are very well maintained. The bar service was wonderful and helpful in suggesting local places.
The lighting in the hallways felt a little dark at times it could use a touch more brightness.

My room had a spacious layout with comfortable furnishings plus the bed was especially cozy. The bathroom was well-appointed it had a fantastic shower and all essential amenities were provided.

rain shower comfortable bed fantastic spa
the room was a beautiful room. it included a walk in rain shower i really liked. the bed linen had a smooth feel it was very comfortable. the hotel offered spa services that seemed fantastic.
the dim lighting in the room made it a little difficult to see at times.

underwhelming stay
bad lighting slow service
The lighting was REALLY BAD. i needed my phone's flashlight all weekend just to see things in the room. the bed was jammed against the wall. It was annoying. it took house cleaning over twenty minutes to bring what i needed. It was SLOW.
